These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Broghar CRM mobile application and related services (the "App") provided by [Broghar legal entity name] ("Broghar", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Broghar CRM Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of an employer, company, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the App for that organization and to handle CRM data according to that organization's policies.
The App is intended only for authorized Broghar users, employees, contractors, agents, administrators, and approved business users. You may use the App only for lawful business purposes related to Broghar CRM operations, including lead management, site visit tracking, inventory visibility, follow-ups, notifications, call activity tracking, and internal reporting.
You must not use the App if you are not authorized by Broghar or your organization.
The App uses mobile-number OTP login. You are responsible for:
Broghar may suspend or revoke access if we believe an account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.
You may create, view, update, or process CRM data through the App, including leads, phone numbers, site visits, follow-ups, inventory details, call logs, notes, notifications, and performance data.

Some features require device permissions, including notifications and, on Android, call log access.
If call log permission is granted, the App may sync call activity with CRM records to support lead follow-up, reporting, and business accountability. You must ensure you have any required authorization from your organization and comply with applicable law before using call log sync features.
You can revoke permissions through device settings. Some features may be limited if required permissions are denied or revoked.
The App may send push notifications related to leads, visits, follow-ups, activity updates, reminders, and CRM events. You can manage notification permission through your device settings.

The App, software, design, trademarks, logos, content, and related materials are owned by Broghar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Broghar grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for authorized business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The App may rely on third-party services, SDKs, platforms, hosting providers, OTP providers, push notification providers, and mobile operating systems. These third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Broghar is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also release updates that are required for security, compatibility, or continued access.
The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, platform restrictions, service provider outages, or events beyond our control.
CRM data, user data, business records, lead information, inventory information, reports, call activity, and internal metrics available through the App may be confidential. You must protect this information and use it only for authorized business purposes.
Your confidentiality obligations may continue after your App access ends.
Use of the App is also governed by the Broghar CRM Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.
Broghar may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete any locally stored confidential information if required by Broghar.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broghar disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
Broghar does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that CRM data will always be complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broghar and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Broghar's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Broghar harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your unauthorized use of the App, violation of these Terms, misuse of CRM data, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Courts located in [City, State, India] will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, subject to any mandatory dispute resolution or jurisdiction rules that apply.
